How to set file download permission for user groups in OpenCart

Typically, store owners create user accounts for people who assist them with orders, customer service, or product management, and they will receive a Permission Denied error if they attempt to download files attached to orders. Setting permissions for user groups

To add file download permissions for user groups in OpenCart, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your OpenCart site with an administrator account.
  2. On the Dashboard in the left sidebar, click System, and then click Add New:

  3. Select the User Group to modify, and then click on Edit to change the group permission. The example below uses a created custom user group called Manager. To change the group permissions click on the Edit button:
